All online artwork sales are final and no refunds or returns will be accepted. All artworks and online orders can be collected from Boom Gallery free of charge.

Boom Gallery will bubble wrap and carefully package all artworks for shipping.

All artworks will be sent within a week of purchase (unless included in ‘Current Exhibition’, in which case will be sent within a week of the exhibition ending) with insurance cover for the value and signature on delivery. Boom Gallery will provide tracking information to the customer. Flat rates for shipping apply within Australia only. In the unlikely event of damage we ask that the customer photograph the packaging and artwork so Boom Gallery can submit an insurance claim.

Any artwork listed under ‘Custom Shipping Quote’ is either too heavy, fragile or large to fit into our standard flat rates for shipping. Once the purchase has been made and we can see your address we can provide a tailored quote for a courier delivery.

 

All ceramics and jewellery will be sent through Australia Post. We will package these with care. Signature on delivery and insurance cover is not included in flat rate shipping costs for ceramics and jewellery. Contact us if you would like to add this to your order.

Jewellery postage is $10 flat rate, regardless of how many items you purchase. Ceramics postage is calculated at a higher rate as these items are very fragile. Contact us if you have any questions.
